The room featured a spacious sitting area and a delightful balcony, providing lovely views of the picturesque Millstättersee countryside, despite not having a direct lake view. The hotel stood out for its exceptional breakfast, offering a variety of fresh and tasty options, arguably elevating the dining experience to four-star quality-an impressive value for a three-star establishment. Amenities like free Wi-Fi and convenient electric kettle access added to the comfort. The quiet surroundings made it an ideal retreat for relaxation, although guests should plan ahead for dining reservations as the highly recommended restaurant across the street can get busy. For those looking for a balance between luxury and value, Hotel Berghof presents a noteworthy option, well-suited for travelers seeking tranquility without overspending.
